** There are two practices ** 6:30-7:15 & 7:15-8:00 PM | ** Coach Annette will be assigning you into one of the two workouts. She will also send you an email on Tuesday night letting you know your lane assignment & workout time. You will be grouped with lane mates of the same speed. Each week the groups rotate, so one week you may start at 6:30pm and the next at 7:15pm. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated. We look forwared to seeing you in the pool! **
