Workouts:
Get ready for some good exercise and some great fun! We have
swimmers of all levels and we strongly encourage anyone
interested in swimming to come join our workouts. Each of our weekday practices has its own workout theme. Below
are the types of workouts we give:

Aerobic & Anaerobic Workouts

Individual Medley (I.M.)

Middle-Distance Free (around 200 yards)

Sprints (less than 100 yards)

Distance (400 yards and up)

Saturday and Sunday Morning Workouts!
Satuday and Sunday workouts are "Power Workouts."
The drop-in cost is $10.00, or you can always buy a
Splash Card (7 workouts for $35)
